Motivation
aight guys well ive dieted before for a show but i cant seem to get back in it can you all give me some advice or motivation to get my ass back on track!!!!!!!!! **** just cant seem to get it going again? Any help welcomed!

Well, motivation is something internal. If you can look in the mirror and find nothing wrong with your body, their is no need for you to be working out. If you don't have the motivation, don't work out. If you've competed, you've got it somewhere in you.
Go watch Pumping Iron, or maybe some pro training video. Hell, go look in our members pic section.

Your body is a joke. You will never win a competition, and everyone in the show looks 10 times better than you because they were there to win. They didn't do candya$$ workouts like you. You need to find something to do other than bodybuilding, because obviously it's not working for you. How is that? Negativity fuels the fire inside. You have to want it!
