Is My Diet In Check
I just started my first cycle...I am trying to put on some lbs. and get plenty of protein...check out my basic diet and tell me what you think:
8:00 am- 5 scrambled egg whites
1 bowl of oatmeal
banana
orange juice
10:30- 30g protein shake
bagel with peanut butter
1:00- 5 boneless skinless chicken strips
baked beans
2 pieces of wheat bread
banana
30 g protein shake
6:00- Nitro tech protein bar (35g protein)
8:30- steak
baked potato
beans
salad
10:00- fat free yogurt
**Am I getting enough calories and protein????

liondawg check the home page under food nutritional facts. it has a list of all kinds of foods and thier nutriotional facts. i printed them out and am keeping a log of evrything i eat and writing down how much protien fat and carbs each has. Also use the fitness calculators with will tell u how many calories, protien, fat and carbs u need. this might seem like a lot of work but if u keep ur log while u eat its not that bad. well it works for me so u can try it out

i really hope by cycle you dont mean gear. cause your no where near the amout of cals you need..
