calories in chicken breast

bros,the label on my chicken say 7oz. is 170 calories
i have another on that says 4oz.125 calories
does anyone know for sure how many calories are in an ounce of chicken??

Mine is pretty much standard. 240G 50P 0C 7F PER 150GRAMS. Ive been using this standard and its as accurate as you can get for grilled chicken breasts.

I still say look at the nutrition facts as those sites give you an overall nutrient content, not the exact content for the food you have in your hands.
