poor college kid cutting diet. . critique
since i am poor and worthless all i gots is oatmeal, fruit i steal from the Union, flax oil, cans of tuna, and some ON whey. . so i construstected a die useing only these foods. . and usualy i can steal some sort of meat or chicken as well so here we go (its based on the P/C P/F idea of constructing diets) feel free to flame or w/e

For me, those calories would allow me to respond for a while but i would soon have to drop them further and i would do that with your carbs later on if you stop losing.
And didnt you ever learn that stealing was bad...

try to further drop your caloreis if you stop losing. say 200 calories more would be a good start.

looks pretty strict.... hope you have som echeat days planned... i wouldnt stick to that . I have a hard time gagging down tuna.

It's easier to compile them in the same thread, as we can refer to the "previous" editions, yes, and it doesn't leave the plans of action all over the place. Ultimately it's your call though brutha!

also, if i am getting about 2500 kcal on days i do cardio and lift, then how many should i cut out when i just do cardio. .the PWO lift meal is gone on those days but is that enough??

It really depends on the person as some can cut out more than others. As rule of thumb though, I would say drop around 300 out on non-training days.
