    ARL Labs, and ordering online

    Hey guys, I was just wondering what any of you guys know on ARL labs? They're a Russian based lab. I was wondering what the quality of the gear is like. I was specifically looking at their Deca , but anything about them that you may know would be much appreciated.
    Also, ordering gear online: What have your experiences been with this?
