Unless you literally ordered enough to stockpile an army for a year, you aren't likely on their radar. You MIGHT get a seizure letter, but it is unlikely. If you do, just ignore it.

I am about to purchase some HGH from them through uncle z and get labs. I have my before levels. Should I get a blood test 1 hour after my am shot fasted?

I hear between 1 and 3 hours after your shot. I have not done that myself.

I think PSL (note: not a domain, no contact info, no sources provided) has tech issues from time to time, maybe. Seems like others have talked about it.
