Maybe we can ask Sytem_Admin as a group to see if we can get him back. I recognise that he was an abbrasive SOB sometimes (never to me though) but the amount of knowledge Pinnacle has cannot be let go from here, he is just to valuable to us.

I agree 100%.. he does more good than harm thats for sure.. he got banned for arguing with somebody over tennies.. gimme a break.. bring back pinn!!!! we need more info!!

Thanks bro's, it's my first one so it should be an unforgetable experience.

End of next year is when I plan on becoming a real threat.. Just gonna have fun with this one, if I do well it will only make it better.

He personalized it for me and where I was at and what I was eating before.. First he had to take back control of my metabolism, learn how I responded to different foods etc and then tweak it as needed.. Very cool to watch/experience when he was giving me diets etc.. Also picked up great training tips and believe it or not cut my drug usage down quite a bit, as he's not an advocate of heavy drug usage although he may come across differently on here.. Great coach/trainer/friend.

Thanks for encouragement guys.. hope to do well since this is my first show.
Webb: it's amazing on how much BS people carry on the off season without even knowing it lol.. I was around 210 before I started cutting 8wks out from show and in my mind at the time farily lean.. unbelievable. (I'll never get that fat again off season - 10-12%).

i hear that..i thought it was better to get huge and fat, but after the last show everytime i go to the gym i think i look fat

...i am going to try and stay as lean as possible so it is easier to diet down, and so i dont look fat

keep me posted as to how things are going if you find time, i think your going to own that show man, your legs are freaky and symetry is perfect.

I compete at the end of 2007, I hope to come in Open-class Light heavy. Class is 177-198 I believe, hoping to come in at 190 or above under 4% to have a chance.

Otherwise, its very obvious.. I need to bring up my back/bi's and add thickness to my legs specifically and overall need more development and muscle maturity. I have a good plan that bobby has laid out for me this year so I think it's deff achievable.. He has me staying very lean all year around with a strict off-season diet and AM cardio. All this will be achieved naturally btw. Keep you guys posted.
