Jason thanks for the heads up on Kieth. Him and Ryan Butler have done
more damage to Oasis than any one can imagine. Kieth is, for those who
do not know: got caught stealing medical records. They have trashed
Oasis for 6 or 8 months using different monkiers. I just can't believe that
he is not in jail. When I refused to do business with them they had their
girl friends call and act like account reps. Funny Stuff! Maybe that was
Salsa! Jason, I don't know you but respect you more every time some
fool tries to trash you. I think it's time for those in the know to step up
and -defend some one like Jason- who has been definately slandered.

I spoke with jason this morning,as I have many times while he was my rep at oasis (for the record I sought him out). I think he is helpful,understanding, very knowlegable and enthusiastic about hrt/life ext. He's earned my trust and will get my business. I notice none of the words written about him try to suggest he lacks knowledge about hrt. Does the nurse at oasis run hgh and/or test and speak from experiance?

I think that is great. If you have an imcomplete medical file on hand and it is regarding a customer who is waiting for their order, then Oasis should foot the bill to get the customer up to speed, so then can get their treatment.

If there is an incomplete medical file for a current customer then a proactive approach should be taken and before the customer has a lapse in treatment, then their file should be fully updated.

It's had to make every customer happy when coming into a previously fubared company. As of right now, there is a bad taste left in customers mouths and they are acting naturally and responding accordingly as any person would who has felt taken advantage of.

I am sure that everyone will be taken care of in the end, it just might take some time to get everything up to speed where legally and medically things are in order and covered.

This brings up an excellent question. If GHI is purchasing Oasis and their primary concern is a satisfied customer then should GHI be responsible for bringing these customers files up to date? Wouldn't this be a part of the acquisition cost?

It seems to me that the medical file should be looked at before the
Doctor perscribes Meds. Sounds unprofessional to take money and
then tell the customer; "Sorry we charged you big bucks, we will
ship your order when your new blood work is reviewed" It takes a
couple of weeks for test or estro levels to get back from Lab Corp.
That is the lab I use. It also sounds like mal practice to have an
HRT patient suddenly taken of Meds. Maybe a little attention to
detail is in order to avoid future problems.

Can't blame Jason for that one.

Who ever owns Oasis now should be footing the bill. Its the cost of doing business. Either that of Oasis fully shuts down their doors and all previous claims can go to court and the previous owers of oasis can fight disputed out in court. That way GHI would be able to start their company with a clean slate.

If GHI is buying oasis out with all their current customers and orders, then GHI should be taking care f things to get current and new customers up to speed.

I think GHI is doing that now, but you have to realize they are taking in a lot right now with the current problems and I am sure everybody will be taken care of.

If you have failed to get what was promised and made a good faith
effort to resolve the situation that is all you are responsible to do.
If you wait to long - you are derelict and may not get any thing. If
your order comes you can always release the funds.

I spent over 10 grand at Oasis last year and always had a tracking number
the next day. I even got Saturday delivery with no extra chage.

Call Visa first and get your account credited while you are on the phone.
It is a nice feeling to be made whole. Good luck!

Your correct. I own a company and if I bought another company with these problems I wouldn't make my customers jump thru hoops.

Don't make your problems your customers problem because they will always find a problem free alternative.

My two cents at least. I'm glad this stuff is getting aired out.

When you buy a company (or when I have and there have been several)customers are considered good faith accounts that only have value if you can keep them.If you cant keep them you dont have much to buy,just assets and I sure wouldnt want their liability.They sure havent been proactive in keeping this customer.I have not heard from them and my problem started in november and I gave up trying to contact them in dec.I wish them the best and hope they make it but as far as I go with them now,Im taking my ball and playing with another team.I said it before I will just wright off the money as a lesson learned.And just for the record I dont blame my rep.I blame mgmt.for letting it happen.I own two companys now and I know what the books look like.The owner is ultimately responsible and should not blame anyone but HERSELF.

Now that I gave out my first and last name, it defeats the purpose of having the anonymonity of this site but I you know what?......I don't care (1) you know I'm not full of shit (2) We did nothing illegal and did not receive our order anyway and (3) I left my name on so it does not ruin credibility. I am jason from oasis. and hot salsa girl is a fake. the good thing about technology is that a computer saves all emails sent, and as you can see, the email which hot salsa girl posted saying I sent to her is edited. I actually sent that email to a woman by the name of xxxxx and her husband who live in another state, and they actually happen to be patients of the KIETH WHO STOLE FROM OASIS. aLL KIETH DID, OR HOT SALSA WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL YOURSELF IS GET IT FORWARDED TO HIM, HE EDITED THE NAME TO JENIFER., WHICH I HAVE no patients by that name and copied it on this board to give him credit, when acutally it just caught him in a lie. The IP address which the email actually went to was not from miami, so good try kieth, but your still dumb as ever, thats why you got caught. Check it out board members, he is posting to discredit me because he works for another clinic and is afraid I might take his business.

I can't beleive how easy it appears to be to start a clinic. So a rep can just open up shop?

Where are the "board certified" HRT Drs who closely monitor each and every patient? Did the reps lure away the Dr from Oasis or go off and find their own? Wonder how they pay the Dr's 6 figure salary out of their own pockets during the startup? What about malpractice insurance?

Actually it is very difficult to open shope. First you need investors for money for office space, phones and general overhead. And you need a bank roll to pay the pharmacy for the medcications until your corporate account is built up. most importantly you need a doctor that understands the medications and are able to review the charts accordingly and look for any contradictions. Once a clinic has a complete medical file on a patient it is reviewed by the doctor and approved or disapproved,

The doctors are usually paid salary, and most docs have there own private practices and do this as a side job for extra cash. Most are anti aging board certified.

I have been in the medical pharmaceutical sales industry for 4 years and it has taken that long to develop relationships with pharmacy and doctors to make everything possible. and with the laws constantly changing from state to state, you really need to make sure you always operate within the law...

I was also overcharged $200 on my order 2 weeks ago and now im stuck with the new owners not finding my info. Does that mean our medical records and Credit card info was stolen????????? I called my Credit Card company to report this and they said i have to fill out a form and that it takes 30 days. THey also said that they can not guarantee that Oasis will not reject the claim. So getting our money back for unfilled orders is not as easy as calling your credit card company!

Eck! Wrong! You call your Visa people back and ask for the manager. You
got a dupe. True, they have 30 days to prove you are a liar. I doubt that
to be the case as you seem sincere. The credit is instant and will actually
not be finalized for 60 days. Meantime there most likely are over a 100 of
these, Are they all liars? All they have to do is prove you got your blood
test results. Prove the pharmacy that uses tracking numbers have sent
you the product. Not going to be easy.

Ufa says competition is good. I agree I’m all for capitalism. I’m not happy with the former owner of Oasis and the former employees. A quick google search shows me several HRT clinics. These are just a few: ********. If someone has experience with these or other legitimate HRT clinics I’d appreciate their input. I will probably get GHI to fill my current Oasis order but I am definitely interested in looking at other options and want to keep an open mind in the future.

They do have a phone# and accept paypal. The moderators blocked the address so i cant post anything about them, even though its an open website that offers Anti-aging medecines. Only you have to have a prescription from a Doctor.

This is excluding Oasis, Infinity and lifex. No Ufa I want nothing to do with former Oasis employees. Three of them lied to me, not a good foundation to build on. If I had a year or two of positive experiences before this occurred I might have a different attitude.

Thanks Ufa and Rockbottom I will let you know what I find out. I did speak with GHI today and was informed my gear would be here on Wednesday. Where have I heard this before? I actually believe it this time. They gave me a credit for my trouble, as soon as I receive my order I’ll call my credit card and remove the stop payment. I don’t blame GHI for the problems I had. If I find out the old Oasis owner is still involved with the business I won’t order again through them. If she’s gone I’d definitely consider them again. They were polite and honest with me, between the cost of hormone replacement and HGH it gets expensive. It is my intention to call a few of the HRT companies on the net and do some comparison of their prices and service. There are a lot of HRT clinics out there and after this fiasco it’s probably a good idea for me to know of a few good sources.
