    any ideas, advice, suggestions?

Have a problem / side, that maybe you or a reader can assist.

    background
    - age 42, excellent shape, competed naturally in my late 20's
    - blood work at start of cycle showed IGF at 145
    - blood work at end of cycle, IGF 163
    - went on a one year 2iu per day regime, came off april 1
    - overall, slight improvement in phyisical condition, mental condition and sleep
    - sides: aching hands and feet, most sides have now subsided, EXCEPT, tingling in hands and toes. any advice, rememdies?????

also, with regards to rest of my bloodwork
    - test total: 223
    - free test %: 1.21
    - free test: 27.0
    - T3 total: 76
    - T4 total: 6.2

I would do TRT if i were you. That test level is pretty low, mine was in the 700's and I'm 37, but the doc was still going to get me started saying it was low for as athletic as I am.

I will move this to the HRT forum for you.

    Good luck.

Your total and free Test. levels are higher than mine, and I'm already on HRT (albeit with a very stingy doctor.)
You'd probablly have better chances getting a script from a HRT clinic or an endocrinologist, not your primary care physician.

    Good luck,
