HGH.. whats the best time of day to take?

I have searched over and over and over and i can not get a solid answer to this question... Im going to run the remaining HGH I have (200 iu) and I would really like to know what is the best time of day to inject? I will start at 1 iu for the first week and top at 2 iu for the remainder... how long must i wait to eat or drink after injection
-i know hgh should be taken on empty stomach, but how long must i wait to eat or drink after injection?

I'm not an expert....
I've heard varying suggestions from AM, 2x per day (split them up) and before bedtime.
I took mine in the AM for a while, now I'm taking it in the evening.
I've never heard anything about eating before, during, after or on an empty stomach. I'd guess if you took it at night (when you're sleeping is when your natty GH is supposed to kick in) you'd be taking it on a relatively full stomach.

Early morning is the ideal time. Just watch your carb intake for 30-60 mins post injection. In some people the GH can play with your glucose numbers. I have not had any issues but still play it safe. If you take it at night you are likely to suppress you body's natural production of GH.
