Long term effects of arimidex

I have
High Estrogen, Low HCG , High SHBG (low free testosterone ) and low total testosteron.

So i am thinking about medicating with arimidex .

What are the long term effects of arimidex use? Any dangers?

I know that arimidex decreases aromatase activity in short term. But what about in the long run? Will i need to increase my arimidex dosage or will it be stable?

Wouldnt long term use of arimidex decrease my aromatase-producing-fat-tissues and therefore i might need less arimidex after a while?

How often should i have my values checked by a doctor?
