    natural test levels?

    hi im 23 and just had my blood work back. my test level was 359 ng/dl and my tsh was 1.80 uiu/ml. is this too low for my age??? if so how could i boost it naturally? Please help. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!!

    yes like 2 years ago. i was stupid. i did about 30 cc of delatestyrl or test e at 300 mg/ml. never did pct because i was ignorant about it. just want to get my levels back to normal without turning back to the test

    Before running anything I think you should take a blood work related to hormonal levels. Your test value means almost nothing alone and in any case it is within the ranges.

    yes it is within the ranges and my doc said it was normal. although its at the verry bottom of the ranges. guess il take another test to make sure though. kinda scary that im 23 and its on the bottom end of the scale!

    You need to know also other values if you want to have a clear situation.

    If you have the possibilities (funds) make a full check.
    Otherwise, go for hormonal only.

    one more quick question... will alcohol (drinkin and partyn every other nite) nicotine and anti depressents inhibit my test levels??/

    Yes, alcohol and treating your body like shit will mess with everything in your body. If you drink and smoke, yes it will mess with the hormone levels in your body. Depending on what meds you take, they too can alter certain chemistry in your body. A drink every now and then is ok, binge drinking and partying EOD is not ok.

    TRT / HRT is a lifetime thing and requires that ppl like us have to try a little harder to stay well and fit. In the long run when other ppl are falling apart, you'll be happy you made the wise choice.
