Loser ??? Really you want to go there.... of course you do, its easy to be insulting on what is normally a very helpful and inspiring board when you don't have to face anybody why you are doing it... be very happy about that my man.
ed said it perfectly... 10 years ago.. a month or so in the gym and this would be a non issue... hitting 48 and the world changes my friend
Furthermore, if you had read all my posts you would see my comments actually supporting your original posts in that I realize that changes have to come from top to bottom, in diet, in types of natural supplements, etc... I already exercise quite a bit as it is....
Like ed said, when you are in that endless cycle of trying to drop weight, then get hurt, can't exercise for long periods of time, gain weight, that affects your estrogen levels, which go up, your test levels go down etc. etc..
When you get on that cycle you look for somethign that can aid in getting off of it and get healthy....
Finally, again if you had read all my posts, you would see that this is not something I take lightly, others will tell you I have been on this board for a long while, researching, reading and asking questions..... I have never as much taken a sleeping pill in my life and you think I am going to the level of sticking myself every week because I am a lazy fat piece of shit?
thank you to Ed and Jp adn some of the others who have given good advice... the whole reason that I told the doc I wasn't going to go with both cyp and prop and that I was going to start at a lower dose is because of the solid advice I got here. Too bad one idiot has to come on here and throw insults.

I was not insulting you. I quoted my own post, calling myself a loser. I really hope that your end result is you feeling better. I was being sarcastic in quoting my first post.
A few others on here also said that getting your bodyfat% down will drastically help. You keep saying your "high estrogen levels", but you haven't posted any numbers. So how high are they? Also, if they are so high, why not try just an AI (Arimidex ) first. Lowering your estrogen can increase your testosterone .
It's not a very good practice to prescribe TRT based on Total T levels only. Those can fluctuate often and can vary depending on time of day, current lifestyle, sleeping and eating habits. Having low total T numbers is a sign, but it's not the only reason to start TRT. What is your Free T at? You can have low total T and regualr Free T and be fine.
You could have total T at 450-500 and an "anti-aging" doc will still prescribe you "TRT". They want $$$. They are pretty much a legal source for juice. They really don't care about therapuetically helping you. They know Test will make you feel better, but do they ever try other means first?
There's other things I can address again, but I won't. Again, I'm really just trying to help you. I know if I could've tried a few things first before injections, I would have. I was just trying to save you some possible future hassle and give you other options to try first. I was not insulting you in anyway.
Good luck with your new journey. I hope you start feeling better.Last edited by Black; 04-01-2010 at 09:04 AM.

This may be a really dumb ass question espically at this point in my thinking... after about a year of thinking, researching etc.. I failed to ask one question...
If i start trt at the medium doses I am talking about 200 a week... will my natural test production be harmed for life?
Meaning once I start, I will HAVE to continue for life? Now everyone tells me once I start I will not want to stop.... but there could be some reasons that could come along that would force me to stop... maybe finanical... maybe I have a really bade side affect or maybe some other health issue shows up like prostate cancer....
I knew that strong long term AAS cycles could do that to you but i didn't think about if TRT could do that.... I know HCG will help keeping the boys from drying up but is that cosmetic or is it helping them keeping pumping test.
Thanks for the patience on this... I have gear on the way and now I think about this...

TRT is for life. HCG can be taken to keep your boys working and can raise test levels by itself.

Thanks... boy this really is making me re-thinking this whole thing...granted I would feel much better on TRT since my levels are a little low... but not sure that is worth starting something I am going to HAVE to do forever regardless of circumstances that might change.
I would be fine if say my level are 300 now and if I ever got off of TRT it went back down to that level... but it sounds like if start and it goes up and then I get off TRT i run the risk of my natural test levels being worse than 300 where I started.
