    Bloodwork

    [B]E2 61[B]
Will up my anti-e and get this down to around 20.

    [B]
    Ferritin 12 (22-322)[B]
This is new to me so I will need to look into it.

    TSH 3.7 (.35 - 4)
    Thyroid antibodies 221 (< 41)
    Thyroid Peroxidase 159 (< 36)
    Reverse T3 is pending

These numbers are bad. Will need to get medical opinion. In general hypothyroidism I think.
It looks like hashimotos from your antibodies.

I have been dealing with low ferritin for several years. It is very important to get it to atleast 70. Some trt doctors believe 150 is best for males but you don't want to go much over that.

Ferritin is important so you body can convert t4, to t3 since our bodies only use t3. Yours is very low and getting it up should help with energy and maybe go a long way to regulating your thyroid. Using any form of thyroid medication will not work until your ferritin is up.

I have been at 3 before and my hair was falling out and I had severe heart palpatations at that point.

Best way to get it up is with dessicated liver or heme iron. I have not found other forms of iron to work well and there is much discussion on their danger as iron can be carcinogenic in the ferrous forms.

Dessicated liver supplements are effective at raising ferritin and extremely healthy. The body building crowd often uses them to aid strength and stamina. Heme iron is expensive but better used by the body than non heme forms and will bring ferritin up swiftly.

Your cortisol looks low. I did not see a range though. If you have been living for a long time with hypothyroidism this can mess up cortisol.

You can pm me for brands of dessicated liver if you'd like.

Your ferritin is 12 ... I'm over 700. Have been as high as 1400.

You can have some of mine!

I took it for two weeks. Great stuff. However, I am still sick from the allergic reaction to topamax and just stopped taking it until I am better.

    Thanks for asking.

TRT as of end of May.

Through all the medications and reactions I had since mid april, I put on about 30lb of weight but only increased bf% from about 17 to 19. Hopefully that 30lbs will fall right off now things are better.

    Changes
Switched to 25mg of Prop daily sub-c
HCG only run 1 of out 3 months time period
anastrozole .5mg eod until E2 drops from 61 to about 30. The .25mg twice a week
Bringing back in T3 at 50mg twice daily for fat loss and clenbuterol 100mg daily.
Anavar is stopped for a few weeks and fully recovered.
May go to 3 weeks of all meat no carb diet to drop 20-25 lbs. Usually I can drop 30lbs in a month straight.

More blood tests being run. Looking into iron injections to raise my ferritin levels.

Fortunately my sickness from the topamax dissipates over the night and I am not sick from about 4am-11am. Leaves plenty of time to workout and the such.

    Long needed update.

1st to amend previous posts about Topamax and B12 / causing hives.

Spent about 6 weeks at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida. Basically, the meds exposed an autoimmune disease I did not know I had.

In march I weighed 185 and 245 by mid June. Antibodies were attacking most of my body and a side effect was massive swelling chronic urticaria. Some of that weight was sympathy weight too... lol...

Anyway... Got most of that worked out with immune suppressants.

I lost 30lbs in the past 6 weeks and hope to lose the other 20lbs in 6 weeks. months.

    Current Protocol

150mg Cypionate split 2x per week
    250iu HCG 2x week
    100mg T3 split during day
    .5mg Liquidex 3x week
    1cc B12 2x week

Cellcept and 5 antihistamines for autoimmune conditions.

Working out on and off but will hit the gym 5 days a week with my wife starting tomorrow 5:30am.

At 195lbs I will add in Anavar .

Not going to post current labs because they have been all jacked up. Will post labs taken at end of August.

Holy crap, dude! That's major bump in the road -- wtf? Very sorry to hear about it. Hope you've got everything squared away and are getting healthy again. It sounds like you're on the right track. Keep us posted.
