    Welcome...the guys will chime in.
Eat less meat? Stay up all night? wait until the very last minute since levels are highest first thing in the morning? I have no idea.

    SlimmerMe mentioned a few things....

    dont sleep.

eat alot of carbs and sugars.

if you had more time and access to gear.... you could do a shot of some compounds that lower or stop test production.

I am guessing that you want to get on TRT??

    age??

even with the not sleeping, eating alot and such... theres still a good chance (depending on your age) that your test levels will still fall in the "normal range"

Sorry for not replying earlier, Slimmer and Dukkit, well yes its for TRT. I am 29, my levels are in in the lower normal but if i can get them low in this blood test, my doctor will prescribe. Its shocking what one has to do in this day and age to be helped.

So, is there anything else?- without taking shots? has it been done before? and dude u look ripped.

i did the same thing but i was able to do the blood work later in the afternoon, did most of whats benn suggested here with the exception of drinking, but not much change in test levels! mine was low anyway so maybe it will be different for you. good luck!

If you can pay for it yourself and your at the low level but not low enough for a endo. Go to a Low T wellness clinic or any other HRT clinic they have a totally different set of numbers they go by. Most consider anything under 600 as a quality of life issue and will treat you. Once your treated if you wanted to quit paying for it go off the treatment and you will be low but I don't recommend that and you may not like the treatment your endo puts you on anyway. And you most definitely will NOT like how you feel in between coming off HRT and trying to get your doc to start with you. You will be worse than you feel now.

Its a rocky road at first. Are you sure you Need/Want to do this? Do you have low T symptoms or just wanting gains in the gym?

By the way all the other guys posts on drinking and no sleep etc.... Yea I tried that I did it for 20 years that's how I got here in the first place. I don't recommend it. By the way they say long distance running lowers it as well so I was just like you not low enough for my endo and insurance and I had already lost 90 pounds of fat and had been living good for over a year so I wasn't gonna start drinking and all that again so I ran for 6 miles straight no lie and then got tested. I was 3 points above the normal scale and the endo said no. I now pay out of pocket for my treatment and worth every penny but I was miserable without it I had many of the low-T symptoms.
