    Ts roll in recovering from injury ?

    Just wondering. since I have been on HRT many nagging injuries I have had for years ie legiments and tendons seem to be clearing up.

    How long have you been on, just curious because I have some problems with shoulders and knees.

    About 8 weeks 200 T cyp/week had nagging injuries on entire right side knee elbow shouder. Shoulder fells fine knee and elbow are much better. They also have improved since I have been able to work out. Seems like the squats and pulls would make them worse but this is not the case.

    Squats seem to help a lot with my knees, and the knees seem to do better with heavier weights. I have been on HRT for about a year (9 mo's gels and sublingual tabs, last 3 months injections) and haven't noticed any difference in knees and shoulders.
