Sex drive comes and goes.

Been on TRT for 4 Months, test cyp 150mg a week, hcg 500iu 2x a week. I have seen benefits from it but I find my sex drive to be inconsistant from the standpoint of desire. It just sucks to end up here again after thinking my problems were over. Anyone have a similar experience, is this normal to have these ups and downs or dose it sound like there might be something wrong?

You might have an aromatase problem. You should talk to the Dr about using an AI like arimidex .

I tend to agree on the E2 problem being at the root of it. I suffer the same thing at a similar dosage(minus the HCG ) but with acne. Its ebbs and flows. You may want to read the last couple of posts in my log

that deals with me having similar issues as you popping up recently. I think when I get my blood work back this week it will show a E2/test ratio problem.
