The general consensus is about 60 Days max, but I've seen reports from people showing they've seen it effective for much longer - in the 3-6 month range. Some have used a pregnancy test as a way to loosely measure if it's still active, however I would argue that doens't show the concentration...but works for some.

I go 3 months with each HCG vial. I may increase my dose a bit after 60 days, just to make up for any loss of potency and I keep it refrigerated after I reconstitute it.

3 to 6 months easy; do a search on it and you'll see...but do keep it in the fridge once you make it up.

I've seen pre-constituted (liquid) HCG for sale recently. Since it is being sold by a reputable pharm source, it must have more than a 60 or 90 day shelf life.

However, I'll stick with the dry form and mix it myself, just to be sure.
