    is this even possible?

    Long story short:
Test was under 300 (range 300-900), starting taking 200 mg of test cyp, results show test nearly 600. I did this for about 6 months. Then I stop taking the test late october, I did some PCT and HCG and stopped about 2 weeks before my bloodwork (HCg was done in mid November).

Got my bloodwork done dec 17, test is over 500? Is it possble the doc didn't really send my blood in or did I somehow fix my low test issue? Whats boggling me is that I have symptoms of low test again and something new, my back acne is getting worse still, never had that before. But low energy, gaining fat, can't keep it up sometimes unless really motivated etc.. Overall I am still stronger that before trt but still dropping in strength over time.

If it helps will post all my numbers. Do you think I really fixed my low test or did the doc fudge my numbers? Any idea why the acne is prevailing when I am not taking any test? Its been a couple months I thought it would die down by now, I never had it before trt.

Exogenous Test is not going to stimulate your system, only the HCG could...potentially. Were you taking anything else, such as Clomid?

Keep in mind that your body can have fluctuations based on many factors that could affect a blood test of hormone levels. You could have eaten something different right before the test or if you fasted you could have the night before. Stress, workouts and other things can affect it as well. The HCG or something else if you took it could defintely have some lasting effects on your system. HCG is prescribed for female and male fertility as well.

Why did you get on TRT in the first place? What I usually offer up is to get multiple blood tests over a 2-3 month period and 1. If they are consistely low, you can consider TRT 2. If they are consistently in a 'normal' and good range for you, then you can hold off and get your blood drawn over periods of time to revisit if you then need therapy.

Other things that could affect how you are feeling and what you are describing are:
    - Estrogen levels
    - Cortisol levels
    - Free Testosterone
    - SHBG

I'm with you. I'm thinking he needs to check the Estrogen too.
