A natural anti-estrogen is the supplement DIM, though I don't know how good it is. Apparently it's some enzyme produced in your body that cleaves off estrogen. Gotnobluemilk, I'd be curious to know what your estrogen levels are, even with no injected test in your body.

I think the meaning of the paragraph you quoted above is clear to Dante Diamond, I don't think it is vague.

My estrogen prior to HRT was 4! It was low too, if you figure you want it at 10. I won't know my current level on my current protocol for about 2 more weeks.

I tried DIM when I got sore nipples. Can't say it really helped or not. I also started 100 mg of Zn at the same time. A week later I went on an AI.

according to my clinic, they said if you let the estrogen get too high then it will work against testosterone , and therefore the benefits of testosterone will taper off, then the nasty sides follows. i been off AI for about a week or so and haven't felt any sides, but it takes 3 weeks after stopping AI to feel the effects, so i am keeping a close eye on it. the bottom line is even if you don't get the sides from high estrogen, the high estrogen in your blood will screw up your testosterone and block it from doing what is supposed to do! something to think about.

Bass I think the half life of adex is a lot shorter than three weeks. Keep a close eye on the symptoms including water retention
