What does this mean?
What does it mean when you have low T levels, but your free T levels are normal?
TESTOSTERONE , TOTAL 246 250-1100 ng/dL
TESTOSTERONE FREE 65.9 35.0-155.0 pg/mL

just what it sounds like...you dont have a lot to work with but what you do have is at least being utilized...most docs will base the need for therapy on the total....MOST...some are weird, some are difficult, etc.
hopefully symptoms will be heard and treated moreso than the numbers....how many tests have you done...that 246 looks identical to one of my first...i think i had 290 and 240 and got put on androgel ....then convinced to get on injectable test

Over the past 3 months I have had my total T tested 5 times-277/174/237/161/246. I have only had my free T tested once-65.9 35.0-155.0 pg/mL . I have not heard back from my Endo yet, but I have a feeling he is going to say everything is normal because my free T numbers are normal. At this point, I feel I am loosing the battle with Kaiser.

The symptoms are all there.....no libido, fatique, poor sleep etc. Looks like I am going to have look elsewhere to get treated. Either I do on my own or I find an AA clinic. The AA clinics are so damn expensive though. I can get my BW done from the companies online and get my test E from a source.
