As far as HCG , he kept on saying "this is a fertility drug" and it as absolutely nothing to do with Testosterone replacement. WOW!!!! was I in the wrong office or what...
I am guessing this is the beginning of my quest to find a knowledgeable Dr.

Bass, i am not necessarily looking to get everything cover by my insurance; it would be nice thought... So far what has been covered by my insurance was the few blood work i had done and will have done this coming Friday morning. I am paying full price for Cypionate , and syringes. Initially, I was told by a very reputable and source "you dont have to go to these expensive clinics at all, they will try to package everything for you and you will pay up the wazoo for nothing. Register to some forums and you will see how it's done". This is exactly what i did, thinking not everybody goes to anti-aging clinics, right!! and hoping to learn how to approach this issue talking with you guys - This coming Friday i will have specific blood work done; when the results will come back, i will see what my Dr really know about TRT. I will also fax the results to the man i just mentioned and he will also suggest a course of action. This is where i will see if my Dr is willing to work with someone who has 20 + years of experience with TRT and AAS although this person lives out of State and is not an MD. It's a lot to ask but, what do i have to loose.
If i have to go to one of these clinics, I will go, this will be way more expensive for the first 6 to 10 months but i think worth. AAG Health and Wellness seems to be a good clinic; they are ALL 3 hours away from me which represents a day of work

Thanks BASS, i really appreciate and if you have any suggestion or advice, you are very welcome

i m just waiting to see how it will unfold

Man I hope you don't have to go through what I did when I had bladder problems. I went to the urologist who said he needed to check my bladder through my urethra and told me to drop trousers and lay back. The next thing I know is he is grabbing my penis, which I don't mind, but then he inserts and squeezes some deadening juice down the inside of the penis. I'm squirming like hell in pain already. But wait, there's more. Then he takes this long stainless steel tube and shoves it right down the urethra of the penis all the way to my bladder and squirts some fluid in there checking for gawd knows what. Dude, I bled for a week through my penis after that procedure, and I swore, never again will I ever go to a urologist

Yeah he gave me a warning telling me I might feel a slight pressure in the penis. Slight pressure my a$$. It felt like he was ripping my inside hole out. I've never had a Venereal disease before but, if that is what the pain feels like when you get the clap... I definitely never want that crap. Every time I was about to start to whiz, the sphincter would tighten up holding back the urine because it burned so bad to pee. It burned to whiz for about a week as well as bleeding afterwards.
