You can make progress with lighter weight and higher reps. Legs respond well to high reps. Also try pre-exhausting them. Do your isolation exercises first and your compounds last. Your knees and back will be better warmed up and you may not need as much weight to get the desired effect, thus helping your knees and back as well. My .02

thanks Kel! thats what i do and it seems to be working! i believe i have enough muscles to show but also have lots of fat! i can't wait to finish with the blast so i can concentrate on cutting!

Well shit!! You guys have given me some hope, I have a bad back also, squat around 200 to be safe, I'm damn sure gonna try doing isolations first, maybe there is hope for my legs. How do you feel on your blast so far Bass? No unwanted sides I hope.

no sides but doesn't seem to be effective anymore. i can't wait to finish! i think 4 more weeks!
