    Acne!

okay, so I've been noticing some acne, not the kind i am familiar with but very small dots about 1/16" or so, there is some very mild pain to the touch but they don't bather me, they come out and go away within couple of days or so! they are allover but not that many, maybe 6-8 on one of my arms and maybe about 30 or so on the entire body! do i need to do something about it or this is something i have to live with?

multiple showers a day and use a wash cloth will help. Some say you can use dawn dish liquid also.I started getting some on my shoulders after starting TRT.I use the washcloth and they seem to be gone.

meantime a little trick: put a little dot of white toothpaste on the spots to help cool down overnight.....not gel toothpaste but white

bass - has this started since you began HCG ? Maybe you're reacting to something?

hCG will increase E2 some by two pathways. 1) by increased Test production, 2) stimulated leydig cells also produce some E2. So maybe you were boarderline E2 for where you start to break out and the hCG pushed you over the edge?

Maybe you drinking too much beer and eating too many brats because it's summer?

Maybe you reacted to the sunscreen you put on?

Like BlueMilk mentioned, maybe E2, when I got my E2 down, the acne cleared up. If you're not taking an AI, get some, if you are, bump it up.

my last blood work from few days ago e2 showed at 16.1, so the e2 is not the issue.

Vitamin D is your friend! It is also a hormone, despite being called a vitamin.

    interesting....just googled that...

IF and after pass thru kidney it works as a hormone regulating calcium and phosphate...

well, i have a bottle of calcium WITH vitamin D...i'm going to start there anyway (only 20 iu of vit D) (600 calcium)

If you are low in D, you need 5,000 IU. I was taking 10,000 IU for months. Now that it is summer here in the grizzly north, I am only taking 5,000 IU. My D is still only 45 (30-100 is range but you want to be 50-75 for optimum).

I too had issues with acne. Took almost a year to level off. I used to get it bad on the face & had to tan to hide it. It is much better now, but I'm very sensitive to shaving anyways so I still deal with it from time to time...

I started getting bad acne within my first 5 weeks of TRT. I told my doc and she told me to lower my DHEA by half and my acne troubles went away.

I was getting it pretty bad, so the doc put me on Minocylin, and I also started washing with Dawn, taking Vitamin D and Vitamin B5 pills also. It has really helped me out a lot.
