how did you get your TSH down that low? And have you noticed a difference since your TSH and test numbers are optimized?

Glad to see the TSH down, liver and kidney numbers are good.
I was trying to bring up that HDL. It may take more time to bring that up.
PSA is the same as before I started trt. All the other cbc and cmp numbers were within range.

Based on the way I feel I didnt think my E2 would be that high, but ill bring it down slowly as crashing it sucks. I increased my HCG dose to 250iu EOD as I was having some shrinkage on my right nut, started going north. EOD has seem to help, hanging now, but im sure thats the main reason my E2 is a little high because I increased the HCG.

Overall im happy with my numbers, this blast started from me trying to rebound my E2, kept increasing test and lowering ai until I felt better. Really trying to find a ratio so I can take some guess work out of figuring out how much ai to take according to the test dose.
good stuff Jamo! i too like to know what you did to bring your TSH level down! thanks for posting the blood work.

Bass, im not sure what brought the TSH down. My stress has gone down quite a bit, its progressively gone down since I started TRT, and my TSH seems to be going a long with it. Could be a lot of things, but if I had to guess, overall stress reduction.

Brohim, I would consider my test numbers optimized for a short period of time only, they are too high to maintain for an extended period of time. Id consider my test numbers on my previous BW optimized for any length of time . However I have noticed a difference on the higher numbers!!!
