When in a TRT cycle is the optimal time to get your blood levels tested?

Every doc is different but most will want you to wait till you have been on for 6 to 8 weeks and if your doc is good he will run labs at your low point. The day before your next injection.

But what if you do your shots every 3 days? My understanding is serum levels are highest 24-72 hours after injection, so wouldn't my levels be highest right before injection in this case?

Not many docs will prescribe shots every 3.5 days at most some will do weekly injects.

My doc Sent me home with my script of Test, so I broke my dose in half and do it every 3.5 days to keep my levels more even. So now, can someone answer my Q?

I have tried splitting my dose before and honestly i didnt notice any difference. How much are you doing E/W? If you are injecting every 3.5 days i would have my labs run right before your injection. That way you know what your lowest point is.
