Happy Holidays and New Years Resolutions

I'm going "quiet" for the holidays and won't be back until the first week of January. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of you here. I have learned a great deal from you over the past year and have enjoyed my stay.

My "resolutions" for the coming year:

Find a new doctor. My endo dropped me to 2 pumps of the 1.62% gel from 6 pumps of the 1% gel and won't consider an AI or HCG . I'll be calling a BodyLogic practice next week to see how they operate and if that doesn't seem so good, I'll call a urologist and give that a try. Just about anything beats where I am now with my endo.

Get back on my diet. In the early months of 2011 I lost a lot of fat weight and surpassed my initial goal. I'd like to get to sub-200lbs. (5'10" height) from about 210 now. We are ordering and resuming the Nutrisystem diet for the first 4 months of 2012.

Resume P90X. We have taken a break from P90X for a little over a month and I need to get back to that. Santa is bringing us P90X2 for some more variety. I also miss my lifting and can incorporate some of that with P90X.

Best wishes to all of you.

    Jeff

Jeff (and All) best wishes to you as well. I personally have learned so much from alot of fine people her, I would actually pay a subscription price to be a part of this network. Hindsight is always 20/20 but if I knew a yr ago what I have learned here from GD, Bass just to name a few (so many more) I would of prevented alot of mistakes with my treatment. My 40 yr old brother had a stroke 3 weeks ago, doesnt smoke, drink and he is very active. Happy ending, he is about 90% recovered already and they expect him to go 100%. Just one of lifes reminders, none of us are promised tommorow! Life life to the fullest and take nothing for granted (sorry guys, I told you my E2 was a litle high HaHaHa) Anyway, Jeff, get ur ass back in the gym, thats were we belong!!

    Be well all!

Theses are great goals bro, P90X is the most complete program out there and is not a joke.

Right now i seem to be able to train again so for me its to improve my lifts, get pain free from chronic pain and finish my 20 weeks deca masteron and Test E cycle.

Getting back in shape of course and dropping BF% like everyone on here.

32 inch jeans is amazing i can only dream of getting back in some 36. Right now i am around 40 thank god i dropped a bit of weight because last month i was fitting in 42 HIKES.

Learning more about TRT and steroid cycling i guess i got a good teacher now hehehe.

And if possible make a bit more money, cut all supplements, stop getting prolo treatments and manage to save a bit more money i guess that is it.

Yeah...I haven't seen size 32 jeans on me since college. I'm just hoping to get to the point where 36's are a bit loose on me.

P90X isn't good for putting on mass, but it gets you in fantastic shape. Which is a better place for me to be at my age than being massive.

Merry Christmas to all from the Northeast! As stated, this site is home. Nothing but good people here.
Sirupate, find that Doc. Took me three tries to do it!

Wishing everyone great health, a lot of free T, good e ranges, healthy thyroids, plenty of 5mg cialis for daily use, morning wood, evening too if your lucky, avatars that look like GD's, sharp needles, etc!

60 degrees up here today. Getting the hog out. Great day for a ride!

Hello and Merry Christmas. Nice to see familiar names still posting here. I intend not to be such a stranger. Don't know if that's my sole New Years Goal but it seems to fit right now.

    Happy Holidays everyone.

I don't make New Years resolutions. I'd like to think if I need to change something that I'll change it.....not wait for Jan 1.
