I think life gets shorter either way.
I’ve been on trt 3 years, started cause my TT was 196. I was always tired etc., the 1 st year things got better. Now i am back where I started. Can’t sleep always exhausted unmotivated etc. so I think it works for some and not so much for others. Now though I can’t get off of it as things would definitely be worse.

All the research now is showing just how detrimental low T is for a man. There’s been a stigma on male endocrine health. Now it’s finally lifting and descent, (mostly) no bias studies are coming out in recognition. One I recently saw said that men with low T are at an 88% increase chance of death!

I have only been on trt for a short time and feel incredible already comprised to before! Was depressed and no libido.
