    DHT Blockers

    Im new to this and would like to know about dht blockers do you need them do they work and which ones good

    You don't need DHT blockers unless you have prostate or hair loss problems(Personally I'd rather be bald than take something to lower DHT). Nothing is wrong with high DHT as long as estrogen levels are fine. The stuff to lower DHT has some harsh sides and I would stay away from it. If you want to lower it slightly, I'd only recommend saw palmetto, but that won't move it that much like the stronger stuff.....but no side effects.

    Stinging Nettle's can help slow the conversion to DHT.

    Are you on a transdermal gel or injection protocol? Gels can dramatically elevate DHT levels as compared to injections.
