    Is it time for TRT?

Late last year I was feeling really shit, tired easily, thin faced, constant pain in neck and shoulders that made it difficult to sleep.
Training hard but no gains and actually losing muscle mass.

I did a cycle of test and deca , I would normally do 2 per year, 3 tops.
Within days I felt a lot better and the pain in my neck decreased by 95% put 10 kilos of muscle back on in a little over 2 weeks.
Only problem was the cycle completely killed my libido 3 weeks in so I jumped ship early and started a number of pct to try a restart. (Long story and not for this section of the forum, just for background)

6 months later and my bloods appear to have leveled out but I feel shit again, same as last year and that bitchin neck pain is back.
Libido is still in the crapper but much better than 5-6 months ago, although way worse than before that last cycle in January and I believe associated too the cycle I did.

Are those symptoms something other forum members have experienced, the severe neck pain and lack of sleep and generally feeling ill?

Thinking at 47 maybe it is time for TRT
    My latest blood panel is:
    Test 620 (166-811)
    E 12 (11-44)
    Lh 7.05 (1.14-11.95)
    FSH 6.44 (0.95-10.5)

I had a full screen last year and another in around March this year and no abnormalities anywhere, they tested for cancers thyroid etc. Just low LH and FSH in the screen this year (due to the cycle) but both appear to have come back to reasonable levels.

Please don't ask me to go see an endo, for me they are the spawn of the devil.
Been to see 3 of them and they were all useless I honestly believe there is more collective knowledge and help on this forum than I would ever find in a hospital!

So back to my question, based on the figures above and how I feel, do those here with knowledge and experience of TRT think it is time to become a fully paid up member of the TRT club...?

That's what I thought but because the last roid cycle made me feel so good again, I was thinking faster, improved performance at my job, I was thinking there must be a connection.
Now I feel like my brain is running through mud again, memory is shit, again and it definitely improved on cycle.
I know everyone is different and there are no 'one size fits all' set of figures but unfortunately I don't have figures from before to reference against.

    agree.

some here on trt end up with T levels you already have. you are in the upper 1/3 range, which is reallly where you want to be. trt is not for you.

you are only 191 below the max end of the range.

the only thing i can see is your e levels are low. maybe too low. aches and pains are attributable to low e.

are you taking anything right now to control e? an ai perhaps?

If you were to go on trt you may end up with lower t levels than you have now. Look at other factors besides testosterone .
