    Low T and LH

I don't have the test results in front of me and will update them when I do. However I suffer from low Test (in the 200's) and low LH. I ran a cycle when I was 19 for athletic purposes, I didn't do my homework or my PCT properly. I guess my question is do I have any chance of getting back to where I was before, or is 8 years too long to hope to restore my natural test levels?

    How old are you?

Not sure if your cycle can explain your current low levels, but I can`t say for sure.

Either way you are probably eligible for clomiphene monotherapy.

Assuming you get your testosterone to satisfactory levels and feel well on clomiphene, you can use it long-term, but some prefer HCG monotherapy over clomiphene with secondary hypogonadism.

You can then try to ween off clomiphene and see if your body is able to produce on it`s own.

Your T is low because of low LH. So yes, clomiphene monotherapy should help you. HCG therapy will probably help you too. TRT is for life, and @ 27 (19 + 8) years old, that is a is a long time. Jump over to the PCT forum and read up on PCT. Read up on clomiphene (clomid). A combination of that and HCG therapy may bring your back to life.

After you have done your homework on PCT, clomid, and HCG, do some more homework on finding a good doc in your area who can help with these issues.

    Good luck.
