My Blood Test - Need advice please

    Hello,

to my person: I am 47, 200 lbs, about 18 % body fat and since February this year on HRT with 65mg testo enanthate , 0.25 mg anastrozole and 300 IU HCG E3D. (prescribed from my doc)

I am feeling better than ever before. No question.

Had my second blood test done.

RBC, Hemoglobin, Estradiol and of course Testosterone a little bit high.
I am not concerned about the testosterone, but the RBC, Hemoglobin and Estradiol.

LH and FSH are to low.

What can I do to lower/higher these? (not talking about lowering testo. that is not an option )

    Thank you.

lh fsh will shut down while on TRT, its expected and normal under this treatment. RBC and hemoglobin you need to donate as often as you can to reduce these numbers. your e2 is high you may want to increase your AI slightly, be careful not to go too much. when was the blood collected in relation to your test shot?

BTW, thats the wrong E2 test, you need to do a sensitive assay next time.

Hi and thank you for your response. I didn't get this with the donation. What do I have to donate and increase AI slightly?

Blood was collected one day before shot.

Okay first, donating blood will reduce RBC, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit. Basically find a blood drive near you and donate every two months, or as often they allow.

AI (anastrozole), increase it by another 0.25 ew.

Your total T is very high, I suggest you lower it and bring it down within normal range. Prolonged high levels can have negative sides. This will also lower your e2, so keep an eye on it.

Bass is on target. More is not better in the long term. I would suggest dropping your T down to 50mg every 3.5 days (not 3) and your HCG to 250 IU. Then re-test in a month and see where you're at. BW can really be pulled anytime if you have an astute doc but you're probably better off doing it just prior to your next shot. Meaning if you're due for an injection in the morning, get your BW done THEN do your shot.

Looks like that was the hormone test for females with the regular E2 test so what is the difference in the sensitive E2 test has anyone done both tests at the same time to see what the actual difference in numbers would be?

Yes I have also another member but don't remember who. Mine came back pretty close but the other members was a big difference between the two.

Great. Thank you so much for your help, guys.

I did the female blood test, because paid it out of my pocket and cost a third of the male blood test.

    Thank you.

The double E2 sensitive cost $150. This one was $50. Where do you go for $70?

I just want to point out that, regardless of the cost, you need the sensitive assay. A regular estrogen test might only cost 50 dollars, but it's worth 0!
