low e2 help
Hello, I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. I am looking for advice or suggestions on how to safely raise my estrogen levels to a normal level. I over used estrogen blockers like aromasin and arimidex and pushed my e2 levels to 8. Needless to say I havent been feeling all that great with the joint pain and lack of mood / emotion. By the way, I waited 2 months after pct and not having taken any estrogen blockers or anything else of the sort and my levels were still this low from a recent blood test (e2 sensitive).
I have hcg on hand and was wondering if I could somehow take a course of it to help even things out. All other hormones came up nicely on my blood test, including a high testosterone level. Would appreciate any input and happy to include any other relevant information, thanks

At least we have good news on positive labs and high test, so just need to tweak a bit to raise e2. I am eager to Know what's the vets response and suggestions will be as well.

E2 will naturally rise from testosterone aromatisation. It sounds like you were abusing anabolics, so when did you get the E2 sensitive test of 8?
Regardless, excess DHEA readily converts to estradiol. Letting it rise naturally, of course, is my first recommendation.

Lesson learned for the OP, as this was brought on by cycling and over use of AI's. Next and future use show caution be taken and AI use be minimized and always confirmed by blood work.
For now nature will take it's course and any other method to try to raise it would be counterproductive at best.

It will come back on it's own.
Try supplementing with Flax Seed Oil for 6 weeks; that will help.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I am just a little impatient because I have waited 2 months already and my level has gone up at an extremely slow pace. I will definitely try the flax oil and consider dhea, although I agree that it would be best if I didn't mess around any more. Special thanks to Phased, you are a stand up guy and I appreciate your time and help friend!

Agree with the above. Mostly just let nature take its course. I'm curious what your body fat level is. You may very well be a low aromatizer and just naturally run somewhat low. Obviously too low now but it will come up. My normal level is around 16 to give you an example.

Thanks Kel. My bodyfat is very low. In fact the main reason why I started taking estrogen blockers in the first place was to maintain a "dry" look. I have also tried some of the natural techniques. I was taking in grapefruit for a while, and increasing my soy intake. I started taking boron supplements as I had read a couple of articles that suggested it would raise estrogen levels. It turns out that it does the opposite, and in the doses I was taking, it was a strong anti estrogen. I just want my joints back to where I can lift without them hurting, and my libido. It really sucks because my girlfriend is stressed out about it and she thinks it has something to do with me not being attracted to her, even though I assure her that is not the case.

Lovely about the girlfriend. Take a look at PT-141 in the meantime.....
