Anyone have any additional comments regarding the updated blood work? I have a feeling the Vit D supps are contributing to the higher total test score, but would be interested to hear what everybody else thinks of the rest of the numbers.

SD - What is it that you are specifically looking for?
You're blood work is limited to some degree so there are only a few things that can be commented on.
We need more information.
For one, tell us more about you, your health, your diet, your life style, supplements, medical history, any past ass or drug use...
I'd also suggest getting a more complete blood work done. Your Total is a bit low but Free is almost ideal.
Don't know what it is that you want to hear?

Just wanted to know if anything stands out to people more knowledgeable than myself. I have not been exercising lately, as have lacked motivation following a severe MCL sprain about 7 months ago. Need to get back to my two nights a week soccer and 3mi jogs 3x a week, but sorely unmotivated, and also feel quite physically weak (more than just 'out of shape'). Noticed this weakness even more during heavy physical activity, such as swinging a pickaxe, moving wheelbarrows, shoveling, etc. during recent landscape renovation. Still working on cleaning up the diet, but have eliminated most refined carbs and sugars, and eat mainly gluten free due to wife's celiac diagnosis. Could definitely up the fruits and veggies.
Never taken any steroids or even heavy supplements. Long time regular marijuana user, have decreased usage quite considerably since beginning the closer inspection of my endocrine levels. On the way to eliminating it entirely. Don't drink anywhere as often as I did prior to experiencing these symptoms, usually 1-2x per week. For the past month, I added 10,000 IU D3 and a complex B vitamin to my regular mens multi.
My goal with all of this blood work is to figure out why my T levels are low for my age (31) and hopefully rectify them, preferably without TRT in the near future. I am committed to continuing to improve my diet, really struggling with the motivation to exercise. My other desire is to get my current docs to refer me to a knowledgeable endo, so that I can keep tabs on these levels as I get older.Last edited by SD421; 10-18-2012 at 12:09 AM.
