Pregnenolone purchase - what site was that again.. GD?

Pretty sure it was GD who recommended a site that sells Preg (and DHEA?). I can't find the post where he mentioned it and want to make sure i'm getting what I'm supposed to get. What am I looking for here, specifically. Just micronized preg? How about DHEA? I often buy from all star health and they carry both, but I want to make sure i'm getting the optimal 'form' of the supplement.

Please advise on both Preg and DHEA, thanks.

Thanks for the info guys. Pretty sure LEF is the one that was recommended, but I see only 1 Preg supplement offered and it doesn't say anything about being micronized. Was I getting it mixed up with the DHEA? In other words, is there anything in particular I should look for when purchasing Preg?

That's odd. I cant seem to find it now either. This is another one that I;ve been using, yes, DHEA is micronized.

Nice! If you think the MRM brand might be sketchy, I might go with this. Hopefully it's ok though... this way I can get everything (buying some other supps) from one site. They have the MRM DHEA as well.

I've been on MRM for quite a while. I'm happy with it. They sell it at my longevity clinic. cpmedical stuff is top notch. If you want a one stop shop, go with cpmedical.

This will cost you 2 recipe tweaks. I will send you recipes to fix and make better, as usual

Remember, 50 mg of both DHEA and Preg in the AM.

Or, 25 mg of both in the AM and than again in the early afternoon like 2pm.

Both of these in some men can act as a stimulant and you don't want to screw with sleep.

PS - i'll just need some recommendations on dosages re: the stinging nettles (Kel?). Also, I bought 'fresh freeze-dried' stinging nettle. Hope this is ok. Ingredients listed as:
