    Name that endocrine problem

    Hey guys.

I've posted this in different more fragmented ways, but I wanted to throw something out there as simply as possible. I've gone back over all my labs from the last few years. Here's everything that's NOT normal. Taken together, what could it mean?

LOW Testosterone (or barely within range).
    LOW Vitamin D

    HIGH DHEA
HIGH morning Cortisol (but only slightly)
    HIGH Prolactin (but only slightly)

When on TRT, prolactin jumped up significantly, and estradiol became high.
IGF-1 is high, but has only been tested while on TRT. GH is not high.

Stuff seems to test normal: Thyroid, MRI of head (at least it was normal 4 years ago), LH/FSH, sperm production. No evidence of other vitamin deficiencies.

TRT does not appear to alleviate symptoms.

Symptoms: low energy, missing sex drive, no adrenalin/excitement feelings.

    I'm thinking voodoo curse.

Need to know much more about you like age, health, training, diet, lifestyle (ie stress), work, medical history...the list goes on.

Post your most recent blood work with ranges in this thread.

Also, on the labs, need to know if if the ones you will be posting are baseline labs, or if they are post-TRT. Various labs, including the LH/FSH will make a difference with knowing this.

With the cortisol, if you can also throw in a ACTH assay it would be helpful ...
    Thanks
