You need to re-do that pic or get a nice female to rub the cramp out of my neck from tilting my head. I gave up.

Do you have a Free T3? My doc likes Free T3 to be 3.5 - 4.6.

These are the components that were returned from the lab. I had asked them for free T3 and T4, but don't see them.
Kelkel or gdevine any input, Gd I think these are some of the ones you wanted to see from last time.
Thanks!

Free T4 is there labeled "FT4I", but you are right that Free T3 -- which is even more important IMO -- is not. Besides that, your Free T4 is near the bottom of the range.
Is that it, your doc just wants you to stay at 1 grain of Armor for the forseeable future? Are your symptoms better?

Let me guess, you're going to an endo or a primary care doctor?
If so, I expect that answer. But then again, most of us here didn't settle for a testosterone level of 300 despite the fact that it might be in range.
Looking at this lab report looks to me like you could possibly benefit from some tweaking.
Keep in mind that armour/desiccated thyroid is primarily a T3 therapy. It has more T3 in it ratio-wise. Having said that, your T4 needs to come up a little... maybe it will. I don't know how long you've been on thyroid meds? That could effect things. But 1 grain is a small dose all things considered. You could probably benefit from adding a little t3 as well as t4 IMO. Talk to your doctor about raising the dose, even if just half a grain.
But beyond this, I would also be concerned with your nutrition because that is very important when trying to address thyroid function. In particular, b-vitamins, vitamin a and iron status.

Along with what HRT stated but we're still missing labs.
Free T3 is critical. FT4 is low and if you converting to FT3 as suppressed levels it's a problem.
Also, we need to see Reverse T3 (RT3). Many times thyroid labs look "ok" till you get to RT3 and it tells an entire different story about Thyroid health.
I will say your antibody labs do look good through.
Make sure you are taking selenium and kelp (iodine) with your supplements and start using iodized table salt with your food...it must be iodized so read the label.
