    Lightbulb TRT-Supps-Diet-Workouts-what I've learned in a year

I am no scientist but here have been my personal experiences.

Protein is overrated and over hyped by supplement industry (75-125 grams a day all you need)
Creatine is the only supplement that makes a big difference (3-6 grams a day)
    5 day workouts a week,1 body part a day,45 min to 1 hr-switching routines often-rest or aerobics on Sunday
100-120 mgs test injected subq a week blasted 2x's a year
    Use Hcg 250ius a week
    Use DHEA 10mg's daily
Use an Estrogen blocker eod @ grams
    Use Vitamin D 5000 a day
    Use Cialis 5-10mg a day
Eat decently clean but enjoy cheating sometimes
    Drink a lot of water
    Screw often

All of this will net you somewhere in range of 10-20lbs lean muscle mass per year (depends on age, health etc) and will give you optimum health and vitality.

    Now what is yours?

This is all individualistic. And the above protocols will most certainly NOT net you 10 to 20lbs lean per year

Interesting take. Certainly much different than my experience...especially with the protein intake....and the 10-20 lbs of lean mass in a year!!!

    Everyone's needs are so different.

I would move "screw often" to the top of the list...

I'll second this. I was gonna suggest "regular cardio to the list," but I think this checks both boxes lol

Agreed. One thing I should have mentioned is those are 1st year results. I bet it drops dramatically each successive year.

I will keep my protein at a gram for a pound. But glad you got something that works for you.
