Update
Hey guy's just thought I'd post to let ye know I'm getting on real well, I have finally rid myself of 15 years of chronic depression using nothing more then all natural health food supplements, l-tyrosine-dopamine, 5htp-seratonin etc.
I can't believe I spent 6 month's injecting myself with testosterone thinking/hoping it would cure me and giving myself a fever/flu in the process (check my test flu post).
Last year when my mind was in hell I woke up one morning and read an article about an athlete apparently taking testosterone for the sole purpose of treating his depression and that's where the idea came from for me.
I had the 6 week honeymoon period of feeling like superman and then trying to chase that and trying to get it to work, in retrospect it was complete madness but again it was the only thing up till that point that actually helped me and a desperate man will try and do just about anything to feel better.
So yeah coming back to life, thing's are going well, working on my music again, met an absolute stunner of a Russian girl last week and were meeting up again Friday so all's good.
Just thought Id let ye know.
All the best.
Regards.

That's great that you're feeling better!
If you don't mind, how are you running what you feel made you better (dose, product, timing, etc)?

Thank you everyone for your kind words, if your problems are hormone related I seriously doubt there's another forum like this one where people even stranger's genuinely seem to care.
Vettester it was you specifically I was hoping to hear back from, jpkman too if he's still knocking around as it was you guy's who helped me the most so just wanted to thank you for that.
Out again last night and met yet another beautiful woman and now on my way too see the Russian, think I may need to apply for a player's card, just kidding, it's not really just the opposite sex its been able to enjoy and take pleasure in all aspects of life, its been a long time coming and a long time over due.
I might come back on here when I'm in my 50's n can't get it up anymore but until then best of luck to each and everyone of youLast edited by edmundo22; 03-09-2013 at 11:38 AM.

Ah, in your original post you said you rid yourself of chronic depression using various supplement, but I guess the post was more of an overall update on your current life situations. I'm new to this board, but thanks for letting me know where myself and other can find out what you took =].

One a day of each as listed by the manufacturer, its hard to balance the l-tyrosine and 5-htp right now the l-tyrosine is completely over powering the 5htp, dopamine/seratonin are like the yin n yang of Neuro transmitters, when I was taking the 5-htp solo I never slept better in my life, really deep R.E.M sleep but was so hard to get out of bed even after 10 hrs cause the sleep is so good, now with the l-tyrosine my sleep is pretty poor the 1st two weeks had actual insomnia.

I have no desire to feel like superman and don't recommend trying to achieve such a thing, normality will suffice for me just nicely, how I came off trt was I just stopped and continued to experience test flu for 5 months after as it had completely messed up my immune system.
If your in the lower end then ya with trt there will probably be a lot to gained from it but I was at 600 ng/dl naturally before starting TRT, like I said I was desperately trying to find a cure for depression after the various mental health professionals had failed me.
Best of luck with it, the injections are nothing really even go SQ to make it easier, I messed up ordering my syringe and had to inject with something resembling a nail, that wasn't much fun.Last edited by edmundo22; 03-12-2013 at 06:16 AM.

So you were on TRT for 6 months, did you even have low testosterone before beginning treatment or were you normal and started injecting testosterone for the sole purpose of overcoming depression?
Edit - posted before I saw your above post

Ya a good question, Dr. Andrew Rynne here in Ireland who advertise's him self as much as possible on various Internet Forums and calls himself a sexual dysfunction expert, ass wipe posted me out a months supply in the post for 120 euros, his philosophy is he doesn't do blood work, in his words BW is to expensive n a waste of time n goes by Symptoms alone, BW is free here and takes a week, once the honeymoon period was over n I was feeling even worse then before I asked him to work with me BW etc, his response was if its no longer working then stop taking it, mailed him again we never actualy spoke or met he said he wished to have no more further dealings with me.
What an absolute shady fu#king ass hole.
I Reported him to the medical council here but they felt my allegations weren't serious enough to take action.
