    switching to twice weekly cyp...

I have been noticing slight increase in irritability, reduced energy, bloated feeling, around day 4 of weekly cycle. Thinking about splitting my .75 in half every 3.5 days. I don't like poking holes in myself and for next 40 years 2x/wk equals a lot of holes. What can I expect that might make it worthwhile?

I don't take anything else. My diet is not reducing fat% yet. Muscle is increasing. No BW for past 4 months.

Well, to answer that you need to look at the pros and cons. If one shot a week sucks, then what do you have to lose? If twice a week sucks you can always go back. Not to mention, you can also come off TRT - although without other changes this is not a recipe for success.

Also, I would talk to your doctor about switching to subcutaneous. I did twice and even three times a week intramuscular, but like you, I felt it was too much muscle trauma over the long term.

More consistent serum levels. Better control of your estrogen. Less injected = less spike in E as E follows T. Is there anything else to your protocol? HCG , AI?

You can also start rotating sites to lessen the impact on one specific muscle. If you're lean you can also use a much smaller needle depending on the site injected. Personally I rotate IM and SQ. Basically whatever I feel that day.

What HRT said but if you are injecting testosterone in doses that keeps you in the physiological range you shouldn't be having the symptoms you are noting.

Irritability, reduced energy, bloated feeling could be associated with E2 levels.

    Probably time for BW.

I am not taking anything else, no dhea, zinc, Vit D, nothing. I am trying to get diet tuned in but having some discipline troubles. Hence increase in 5 pounds in 6 weeks. Trying to get 240g protein daily but fat % is too high etc, etc. Waist measurement unclear because of bloated feeling or weight gain. Had shot this am and feel great which is why I am thinking 2x/wk.

Update, since March I have been taking 35-40ml 2x/wk. I gave up on dieting. Life got hectic. I am due for bloodwork and will post once complete. Doc has me on 1x/wk. Should I go back to that routine a couple weeks prior to BW? Or should I get BW on what I am actually doing. Thanks.

You didn't mention whether you felt felt better with reduced sides or not. If you are responding better with the new routine I would say get the BW without changing and just let your dr know when he reviews the results with you what you changed and why. If he wants to make further adjusts in the protocol like add additional elements then he can be fully informed on your routine.

BW brother is the light to show you the way. Myself personally, I pin every 5 days 100ml with hcg both 2 days before test day at 250IU each. No ai, and my levels are great and steady. Down to 9 percent BF (although I do workout alot) and I feel the HCG suppress my hunger a bit. Good luck but get labs a couple of days after your shot and then stick to that schedule so your next lab will be able to more accurately gauge your progress or not. Kelkel is right about the E levels. Check your thyroid levels too bro. Good luck

Thanks, I try to test BW at low point in cycle. I will stick with 2x/wk since that seems to have fewer sides.
