What would be good to stack with my Test?

I'm a 40 year old male on 300mg of Cypinate per week. I have had great gains is the last few months, but I want to take it to the next level. I also need to trim some fat. Thanks for your help....

Sounds like you've just started TRT 2 or 3 months ago.

If that is the case then I would wait at least a year to stabilize your hormones before attempting any blast. I've been on TRT for 7.5 months now and I'm still making consistent gains in the gym. If anything, my muscles are outgrowing my joints.

I noticed that my elbows are hurting. So maybe just some deca to help my joints?

What to cut fat? Stop eating a bunch of shit food, Deca will just cover it up get some glucosamine HCI before you add more shit to your TRT "stack" Also @ 300 you will put on a lot of water weight and feel bloated so have fun trying to do any cardio, I would do 100-120 if you want to look lean unless you are doing HGH with it.

before this thing spirals out of control, please consider the following:

If you are on TRT, it can take up to three (3) years before all benefits are realized. This includes bone density, AND connective tissue (tendons/ligaments(

your elbows are hurting because your muscular strength is beginning to outperform your tendon strength. Stop! You are probably on the verge of injury. Do not add insult to injury by adding more anabolics! increasing tendon strength takes years! If your tendons are beginning to bother you, then take a break from that particular routine, and find something else that will compliment your gains, not deteriorate them.

I'd suggest lowering the weight, and increasing reps slightly.

Here's the thing. Unless you have been intensly working out in the gym these last few years, adding anabolics to a 40 year old frame is like putting a blower on a ford pinto.

...yeah, it will increase the horsepower of the engine, but as soon as you step on the gas, yer out in the street picking up metalic parts from your tranny and differential.

...just take it easy mate, and you'll be fine

    And maybe check this out....

This is what happened to me. Tendonitis in both arms. Tried to workout around it, but made it worse. Went on for 3 months. Finally decided to take a break. Now in my 4th week of chilling out, and may take 2 more weeks off to heal. It is going away finally. Lesson learned.

i don't do cardio since my accident in 08'. shattered my left ankle, and broke my tib/fib plateau, where the two bones connect below the knee, and tore my meniscus in right knee. i'm down 12lbs. i'm also off my trt, since i have to retest for my new endo. so yeah, i'm back to square one. once i get back on, i'll take it more slowly and work my way back up.
i just over did it, pushing too hard once i got on trt. so i do believe my muscles grew too fast for the tendons to keep up. i never had issues like that in the past.

    Great points about joint development.

I almost learned my lesson via flat bench trying to surpass my max as a twenty something.

Elbow/wrist soreness and tendonitis were unexpected obstacles on this journey for me.

I really appreciate the perspective of lower weight and higher reps for the interim work. We can get growth and strength through that muscle fatigue at the lower safer weights.
