Help with new blood work
Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum and trt, I havent started yet but have my first appointment, a few states away, is next week and I was hoping to get some insight from the forum as to what all these lab results mean. I've been struggling with ED symptoms for over a year now, I am a pretty healthy 32 year old male 5'11, 175lbs probably about 15% bf . I work out regularly doing cardio and weight training 3 times/ week or so. The results seem to indicate my numbers are within the expected range but my free test is on the low end of the spectrum and I'm not sure how all these numbers relate to each other. Ive done a good bit of reading but there's so much to cover. I just was hoping to get some others opinions on my results before I see the doc. I've called the office to express my concerns, and they told me that I did show results that were indicative of Hypogonadism. What I don't want is to just be given TRT if that's not what I actually need to fix the problem...
Here's the results, the testing that was done is as follows :
It doesn't appear in the preview exactly how I typed it but the way this reads is: The test, 1st number is My result, 2nd number is the range shown on my lab work.

Anyone have any thoughts on these results? I have my first appointment with the doc arranged by one of the large sponsors of this site and am a bit nervous about what to expect. I havent seen any other doctors about this problem yet, mostly due to my research from this site and others similar that lead me to believe most of these docs arent properly trained to treat my symptoms successfully. I really want to get to the bottom of my problem, but am worried about just jumping on trt. Does anyone know the process of these types of appointments? The doctors office made it seem like I qualified for their program based on my test results, but does that just mean there gonna hand me a prescription and send me on my way? I am just hoping theres more to it as far as consultation and a treatment plan? any guidance/ experience is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

For some reason I don't see estrogen on the results, is there another name or abbreviation for that I should look for? I believe I copied the results accurately...

Yeah I'm not sure why they didn't order that stuff. If think it would be standard through a place like lowt.com. I just got off a plane headed to the doc right now, I'll ask why they don't order those.
