hcg injection timing

Hey guys I have been pinning hcg on mon wed fri 250iu and tst c injection on mon am and wed pm, i would like to try twice a week at 250iu whats the best days to do it on, sat and Tuesday or does it matter.

You should spread your test injects 3.5 days apart. Sun am and we'd PM would be better

Sun/Wed like Jim suggested, or Mon/Thurs works fine too to maintain stable bloods.

Yup. I do fri am and mon pm

But Hcg mwf. I'm not sure it really matters

sorry guys I do inject on sun am and wed pm then hcg on mon wed and fri my bad I just wanted to try twice a week on the hcg cause my e levels were going up since I started the hcg I thought I might go 250iu twice a week instead of three

Give it a try ertand have bloods done to confirm.

Micky, keep the 3x a week injection cycle just lower your dose to 200 iu per injection; that's a reduction of 150 iu a week.

Better to keep consistent serum levels, ie, more injections lower doses is better and somewhat more natural.

Remember, as noted in Nelson Vergil's HCG thread I started this morning; there is no consensus or studies that support any HCG injection protocol while on TRT.

The astute TRT Physician can figure out what works by just working with men day in and day out; they're the ones I trust in this regard.

I pin my HCG 2 days before and 1 day after test pin. Seems to be working good so far.

Many different ways to do it. Really comes down to what method is the patient going to be more compliant using.

For instance.

protocol 1) If the patient wants to just admin 1x injection a week of T. Then doing HCG on day 4 and 5. 250-500IU per day, would generally be ideal. A dose between 250-500IU will saturate all leydig cells to maintain spermogenesis and natural T production. You only have so many receptors. Giving a dose of more than 500IU could increase DHT production, desensitize the leydig cells to LH and raise estradiol. With this protocol the patient has a nice endogenous natural boost in serum T later in the week with HCG injections. Remember both Enanthate and Cypionate both peak serum T in 24-36 hours. Then serum T slowly returns back to baseline levels by the end of the week. Sometimes even lower than baseline without HCG. This protocol gives a nice homeostatic T level throughout the week due due to the nice boost that the HCG gives to endogenous natural T on day 4 and 5.

protocol 2) If administering T injections 2X per week. Mon/Thurs. Then either doing HCG the day before injection or maybe easier for patient to just remember doing both HCG and T in same day. The BIW injections of T keep levels nice an in upper 1/3 of optimal serum level throughout the week. The timing of HCG not as much of an issue due to you are not relying on the HCG properties with this protocol for any natural T boosting properties. Just want to keep negative feedback loop stable, spemogenesis and LH signal ongoing. Generally admin on every 3rd day. Many patients are more compliant injecting HCG on there T days Mon/Thurs. Just easier to remember all medications taken on same day.

LowT Mike, I am a 1x week injection currently (on Fridays). The typical protocol I read has me doing hCG on Wednesdays and Thursdays (two days before and one day before) my next injection. It sounds like you would suggest Mondays and Tuesdays to catch the T levels just as they are coming off their peak and ride it to the next 1x week injection. Is this accurate?

That sounds about right. If doing 1x per week injections of T. HCG admin on day 4 and 5 can give a nice endo boost throughout the week.
