Low sex drive, Age 20 - Is my T level bad?
I'm age 20, been training 2+ years. For the past 6-7 months i have had barely any sex drive whats so ever, not interested in anything sexual, erections are crappy, just loss of interest in sex and feel like **** in the gym, no good focus.
Went to be doctor and he said it could be down to low Testosterone or Stress, i don't get stressed, so i knew it wasn't that.
Yes, i do have a fairly good diet and do get enough fats in my diet too, i have changed my diet quite a few times to see if this was the cause for my low libido, nothing. I don't FAP Either, Dont smoke. Never drink.
Supplements: Xtend (Intra), Creatine Mono, Beta Alanine, Omega 3, Multi Vitamin and just Whey Gold Standard.
Have not taken anything else. Part from those.
I don't know much regarding Testosterone , so needing a little help with the blood work below, my doctor says everything is pretty much OK but i do have a slight low in T, but doesn't seem interested in helping me and keeps referring me back to have more blood work, checking other stuff.
Serum Testosterone: 7.8 nmol/L = 224 ng/dl
Doctor says the normal T levels are from 8-27 nmol/L
Serum TSH Level: 2.6 mu/L
Doctor says normal TSH is between 0.3 - 5.5 mu/L
Doctor doesn't seem to be interested in helping. Rather than TRT at my age, I would prefer to find out the cause for my age.
Theres a few other stuff on the blood work sheets, but don't think anything to do with my test levels. What do you guys think? Are these levels normal for a early 20 year old?
