Lost 12% BF in 4 months (Pics)

Hey all, just wanted to post up my 4 month results since starting my TRT protocol. I definitely feel a heck of a lot better than I did before. I really didn't expect to lose 25 pounds of fat and gain 16lbs of muscle that quick, but it happened!

    TRT protocol
    - 120mg week(7) (doctor script is for 150 E10D, but I changed that)
    - was on 500iu MWF, but switched to 250iu MWF a couple of weeks ago.

Basically been on a low carb diet the whole time, and lifting at home 5 nights a week. No supplements.

After reading through gdevine's thread, recently decided to give some of those supps a try, and so far (5 days) so good!

Left pic was taken on Jan.3 (36.3% BF), Middle pic was Feb.19 (30ish% BF), Right pic was May 2 (24.5% BF)

Oh, and the attached BF% results are from the same DEXA scan machine.

Shoot, just realized I had "Mar.2" down for the third pic, should have been "May". Fixed.

Thanks guys, really do feel 100% better, even though I still have a long ways to go before I'm where I want to be. But I'm happy that progress is being made, and my motivation is going up every day instead of down.

Joseph, haven't used an AI at all. My E2 was initially pretty high when I was doing 150mg every 10 days for the first month. But when I went down to 120mg every 7, and lowered my HCG from 500iu to 250iu MWF, it came down a good bit to the lower 40's. Still thinking about doing 60mg twice a week though.

Definitely switch to a twice per week protocol which will lower your E2 to a better level. Avoid the AI if at all possible.

Outstanding progress and it will only serve to motivate you even more. Absolutely love to see stories such as this. They really help to motivate the membership here! It will only get better if you keep up the hard work!

    Great job!

Appreciate it Kel! Yeah think I'll go ahead and switch to twice a week to maybe get in down to the 20's.

I have to give credit to a lot of the people on this forum though. I've been coming here pretty much everyday the past few months to try and soak up as much knowledge as possible, and I've learned a lot more than I thought I could.

Thanks zh - really glad I decided to document everything from the beginning. Can't count how many times over the past 10 years I would start working out and be motivated for about a month, then all of a sudden just stop. But now having all of my workouts documented, pictures taken weekly, and my BF% checked every 2-3 months, I can't help but to stay motivated....Oh, and of course this forum has been a major factor too.
