    Back acne!

    Whats up guys,
I havent posted anything in the past few months, been pretty crazy busy. I am still dosing 150MG/week cyp and 250iu M/W/F HCG . I have noticed that my acne on my back is getting pretty bad. I know its south florida and the minute you walk outside your basically sweating but this is getting bad. Have any of you had this issue and what can i do to help/prevent it. My BW was done a few weeks ago and everything was pretty close to normal range, E2 was a little high 43 on a scale of 0-28. Down from 75 six months ago. Any info is appreciated.

Totally anecdotal, but my e2 gets out of hand too and has been in the 70's. I have breakouts on my back everytime I cut back on my arimidex and e2 rises. My .02 is keep the e2 in check and you will be good. Im sure the T makes a diff to but e2 seems to trigger mine.

I had the same issues I'm at 200 a week. My back an shoulders are now free of any an all acne. Use the forum search engine and look up nizoral. You can google this as well. The ingredient your looking for is ketoconazole, it's an anti androgen and again all of this is explained in the thread. It's a shampoo but you use it like a body wash. Turn of the shower water and let it sit for 5 minutes the. Rinse thoroughly. I noticed a difference in 3 days. I've been using it for 3 weeks now and Im clean. It's a miracle. Nizoral is fairly expensive, however any shampoo that has 1 or 2% ketoconazole will suffice. There are plenty of generic type shampoos that contain the anti androgen ingredient your looking for. Best of luck!! FYI Don't squeeze em!!!!

Try getting your estrogen down. Acne can be brought on by any hormonal change, but personally, I notice acne when my estrogen in higher than it should be.

First and foremost you need to get control of your E2. That shouldn't be hard, your range is higher than it should be but not astronomical or anything. And start supplementing with 50mg of Zinc daily.
