Testosterone level at 1357

Today my DR lowered my dose of test, because my level was at 1357 ng/dl. Also my Estradiol level was at 100 pg/ml. He put me on 1mg of Arimidex and ordered more blood work in 30 days.

1.mg dex a day is too much, you could take it for 10 days being your E2 is so high, and then do a .5 every 4/5 days, depending on your dose of T.

1 mg of an AI daily will tank you faster then Rosie" O'Donnell running for a Twinkie.

Don't do it.

AI's are very powerful antagonists and should be dosed sparingly.

Talk to your Doctor and tell him that you think it better to reduce your Testosterone dosage and only do .5 mg of the AI twice a week after each injection...assuming you inject twice a week. If once a week than 1 mg 24 hours after the injection.

Regarding the AI, you should ask how he wants you to run it. Some may want you to run 1mg per day then back off.

I'll tell you this, if you run 1mg per day for 30 days you will probably overdo it and suppress E2 too far. But 1mg for a week is not an entirely bad idea. Finding the right dose of AI is tricky.

You can also expect less T to mean less aromatization. Get frequent E2 labs.

In the past several months, I have read no less than 5 threads from guys who
have crashed their e2. From what ppl have posted, it's the worst feeling EVER.

I crashed my e taking 1 mg 2x week. On 200 mg of test a week w Hcg

WORST FEELING EVER.

Anxiety. General ill feeling in the head. Difficulty to get it up. Real hard to orgasm. I just felt wrong.

Now I take .25 2x a week a day after my test injections. Been 4 weeks since I went to this protocol and feel GREAT AGAIN!!

As stated, the OP needs to discuss this with his Physician.

IMO, anything more than 1 mg per week needs to have special circumstances and be prescribed by a Physician who knows how powerful this drug is in a man.

Your test will rise if you maintain the same dose. So, like Bonaparte said, lower your dose. More is not better in all cases.

Hmmm...now you're in a quandry. Do you follow your doc's order or the seasoned vets here? I won't go on and about the FACT that many docs are misguided and uninformed...

In this case I would follow the doc. He is retesting your levels after the 7 days. If your estradiol is too low, you can blame him for not considering the current and correct information that you provided and your ai will be adjusted. That would be a great time to provide these stickys to him to consider for your remaining treatment.
If you dont follow his orders and your estradiol is still too high, he's gonna be pissed because your playing as a free agent and will completely discount any info you provide in the future.
Now if you start to feel like crap before the 7 days, lower your ai and call your doc.

I also take .25 Ex every other day and it works. Tried Arx for a while and if I would have taken that much I probably would have not been able to get out of bed.
The two are totally different, for me anyway, even though they are both AI's.
