    My situation...taking first steps

I posted this in the intro section aswell, but figured its better placed over here! So I've been feelin pretty lame & run down for a while now...I'm 37, been dieting & training hard for 18 months now & don't feel any better than when I was out of shape, didn't train & ate what ever I wanted/when ever I wanted! Well maybe a little better, but not like I should for how active I am. Anyhow...gains from training are terrible. It's like it just doesn't work anymore...I either run a small 250 cal surplus & gain mostly fat & when I run a small 250 cal deficit I'll just drop mass...if I eat at maintenance, not really any strength gains & recomping doesn't seem to happen. Drive in general is getting bad...feel like I gotta force myself to play catch or take my son fishing! Sex is there but don't really feel like it half the time! I still have a pretty good attitude in general, but again, I feel like I'm forcing it & don't think I can fake it much longer! My patience is crap anymore & just feel irritated real easy anymore, lol!
So I went & got my test level checked a couple weeks ago & my total was 315...normal in my doctors eyes...BULL CHIT! So here I am & pretty nervous about this TRT for life thing, but really nothing else I can do & it's just gonna get worse! Got in touch with Lowtestosterone.com & did my lab work so just waiting for the physical appt. Hope I'm doing the right thing!? So much for a quick intro, lol!
