Subq eod, no AI, test results
Ok, protocol is 50 mg test c eod. 175 mg per week. HCG been running around 250 eod.
I really like subq, I have felt pretty good for the most part, although I was down to 40 mg eod and it just wasn't enough. This was taken two days after injection, so basically right before another injection.
Appointment tomorrow, will see what doc wants me to do, although they don't even know I am doing subq instead of im twice a week. even on 200 mg split into twice a week injections my e2 was only 42 without ai, so I dunno if I buy the whole frequent subq injections being better at controlling e2. When I took an ai my e2 only dropped down to 36, with taking 1 mg a week. Also looks like I need to donate blood again. I think I will bump to 60 mg eod, and start .25 mg ai eod, although that might not be enough ai.

I expected your test level higher for 175 mgs ew, I do 60 mgs twice a week and my level is almost 1000, my free 1.5 times the normal. but here is what I do, I fill my syringe 60mgs, then inject 30mgs in two different spots, SQ of course. so far its just a theory, but I believe two spots releasing at the same time is like doubling the volume. before that I was doing 50mgs twice a week injecting all 50mgs in one spot and my total was barley above 500, so with only 20mgs added I almost doubled the readings. something to consider since you're trying to find the right protocol.

Well I inject eod in different areas fairly opposite each other. Figured its all being released all over. But even with 200 im I had a score in 800s.
Wonder how my doctor app will go tomorrow.

Some of those numbers are too high. Like RBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit and estradiol. Go donate blood ASAP.

No doubt. Secondary Polycythemia, look it up. I've been there and it is dangerous long-term and can be short term as well. Your blood is thick as glue right now and putting a lot of extra stress on your heart. 2-3therapeutic blood draws are in order.

I appreciate the concern. I have been donating blood, just not every two months. I had an opportunity to possibly do it last week but didn't take it because I thought I felt fine. But I can try to get it done friday, but if not since this is a busy weekend with a wedding, I can probably do a self blood letting sunday. I have done it before, I just need something better for my tourniquet. I kept having a resting pulse of 103 every time I went to donate, so one time I had to do it myself since it had been so long. We'll see what my doctor says today, I really don't want to pay for a phlebotomy when I can safely and easily do it myself. Especially considering I would have to travel to have it done. But I was concerned because it really does look like everything is all over the place on my CBC. DHT and SHBG is good, PSA is good, but all the other numbers should be a bit different.

Doctors call is done. They want to implement the ai again with the same dose of .5mg twice a week. Keep testosterone the same. And they actually weren't too concerned with my CBC, enough to keep watching it, but they didn't think I needed monthly phlebotomy. They said I really am just a little over the range, and that is fairly normal for people taking test.
It's kind of too bad, I was hoping with subq I could go without the ai, but i can't go any lower on my test dose than this, I tried and I get lowt symptoms. Sucks it has to be such a high dose, but just how it will have to be I guess.

I didn't say anything about your RBC, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit because you already addressed it in your first post. you got this right not your doc, I don't know what is his theory about high RBC being normal, just because TRT raise these levels it doesn't mean the levels are normal! I think you know what needs to be done, don't wait too long, if you get over the limit for donating you will get rejected, then you'll be begging your doc to write you a script, and he may or may not do it.

Was a shocker for me honestly. I was actually thinking last week I bet my total is somewhere around 600 something. I thought for sure my E2 would be a nice number in the mid 30s based on other blood work etc and how I felt in regards to both numbers. Maybe I'm one of the few who aromitizes more through subq? dunno.
Yeah for sure Bass, thanks. I plan to do it as soon as possible and stay on top of it, just don't want to do it even more frequently.

Alright a little update. I upped my test back to about 210 mg a week, still doing eod. Added .25 mg eod of anastrozole. E2 came back 22.3 in range of 7.6-42.6. This is really good considering when I was doing 200 mg a week splt im twice a week my E2 came back mid upper 30s with .5 mg twice a week of anastrozole. So I am taking less ai and having lower e2 scores without about the same amount of test by doing it subq. I really don't know how it was so high without the ai before. My acne has been clearing up nicely on my shoulders and arms.

thanks for the update Seoinage, I am glad you're getting better results on e2 doing SQ. is e2 the only thing you tested? it would be interesting to see your T levels based on your new protocol.
