    I remember you saying your blood sugar was high. May be time to change the diet helped me beyond words.

    ^^^exactly what I was thinking. I completely overhauled my diet after last bloodwork. Lost 4 inches on my waist. Pretty lean at ths point. I go in for 6 week blood work in a few days. Can't wait to see the results. Not sure my diet could get any better. Thinks for all your help thts a great video and ur right everyone should watch. Know one is immune to ths stuff!

    Eye opening!!! I have that same contemp of obese people as well. Does switch up my way of thinking some. Still difficult though to watch a 300lb women use a scooter at walmart, instead of using her legs to walk.

    Maybe she has a hard time walking, you think. Don't always assume that ppl like that are all lazy fat ppl. My mom had to use one cause she had lung cancer and lost part of one lung so she couldn't walk long distances. And yes she was overweight due to her health problems.

    Sadly it still comes down to what you eat and how you eat

    this is very true. you never know what people have going on their lives.

    a young, fit looking woman might park in a handicap spot and people say bad things... but she might have severe asthma that kills thousands of people per year.

    now what does irk me is when I see obese people buy pure junk food... and pay with food stamps.

    This could easily just be a lack of nutrition education. You'd be surprised how dumb the general American populace can be on what I would consider basic stuff.
